Panama Fashion Week successfully celebrates its 2021 Edition Under the slogan "We are Back"

Panama Fashion Week (PFW) successfully closes its 2021 edition after 6 days of fashion shows and events that began on September 21. The fashion week, which took place at the La Manzana house, in the Santa Ana neighborhood of Panama City, was experienced in an omnichannel format.

The event opened its doors with the Ancestral Masters catwalk, a display of crafts and local talent. The event presented the creations of seven different towns; Naso People, Embera People, Wounaan People, Bri Bri People, Gunas People, Buglé People and Ngabe People; with the support of the Ministry of Culture.
Due to capacity and biosecurity, the parades were broadcast live on the event platforms and in the inner courtyard of the PFW headquarters, to avoid crowds on the catwalk, where only the press, special guests and friends of the brands attended.
Bikini beach Australia, Curu Panama, Ana Francesa Revolution, Greta Bayo, San Malo, Maruxa, Valar, José Jhan, Dominicana Moda, Diana Arcila, Clemente, Nicolás Real, Naroa Swimwear, De Oliveira Design, XoXo Roze, Chajin Designs and Costureras Santa Ana, were some of the local brands that presented their creations at the event. The foreign quota was in charge of Yendor World of Barbados, Burning Corporation of Venezuela, the American Merrell and MCMA London, Australian among others.
In addition to the catwalks, the Panama Fashion Week had an exclusive store of its participating brands during the six days of the event, as well as conferences, talks and workshops for the participants, both in physical and digital format.
The region reactivates its events and resumes fashion weeks from Mexico to Argentina, physical and digital events do not stop, and reactivate the Latin American industry.
